Bypass TPM and Secure Boot check
Boot off of your Windows 11 install disk
Press SHIFT + F10
Run command: regedit
Create new key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\LabConfig
Add three DWORD (32-bit):
BypassTPMCheck => Value = 1
BypassSecureBootCheck => Value = 1
BypassRAMCheck => Value = 1
Install Windows 11 without a Microsoft Account
Follow the Windows 11 install process until you get to the “choose a country” screen.
Press SHIFT + F10
Run command: OOBE\BYPASSNRO
The computer will reboot and return you to this screen.
Press again SHIFT + F10
Run command: ipconfig /release
